How do I edit my Registration Information? |

To edit your Registration Information,
- Login at My Business section.
- Click on Update My Profile link in My Personal Profile section.
- Modify your Registration information.
- Submit when done.

What can I do if I forget my password? |

If you have forgotten your password
- Click on the Forgot your Password? link below the Login box.
- You will be asked for your username.
- Your password will be sent to your registered email address.

What can I do if I forget my User Name? |
|
|
If you forget your User Name, please provide us with your registered email address and give us information such as your company name, contact name, telephone number given at the time of registration. This will enable us to verify your identity. You can mail your request to Customer Service section at support@instrumentationindia.com.
Once your identity is verified, your User Name will be sent to your registered email address.

To change your password, please take the following steps
- Sign in at My Business with your current User Name / password.
- Click Change My Password in "My Personal Profile" section.
- Input your old password and new password.
- Submit when done.
- A mail of acknowledgement will be sent to your email account regarding the change of your password.

Sorry, you can not!!!.
For security reasons, each Instrumentation India account is exclusive to an individual User Name.

How can I keep my account secure? |
|
|
At Instrumentation India, the security of your account is fully ensured. However, to prevent unauthorized access, please bear in mind the following points
- Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
- Passwords are case sensitive and can include numbers and characters.
- Change your password frequently. This is advised for your account security.
- Always sign out completely by clicking the Logoff link. This is very important for users of public or shared computers. Doing this will remove the possibility of another person using the same computer to view the contents of your account.
