What is "My Business"? |

“My Business” section is dedicated to help Instrumentation India members to manage their business related activities on Instrumentation India conveniently.
In “My Business” section, you will find My Trade Leads, My Product Catalogs, My Company Profile, My Personal Profile, My Message Center and other great sourcing tools just for you.
With your account, you can save time while viewing, posting, modifying or deleting your business information.

What is "My Message Center"? |
|
|
My Message Center is an Internal Messaging system that section gives you an easy and efficient way to track your inquiries online.
-Manage your inquiries conveniently and securely.

Inbox |
|
|
For Buyers: After you post Buying Leads or send Inquiries to Sellers, Seller's Inquiries will be saved in this inbox. In addition you will receive one copy of the same inquiry on the email address given in your registration form.
For Sellers: After you post Selling Leads or send Inquiries to Buyers, Buyer's Inquiries will be saved in this inbox. In addition you will receive one copy of the same inquiry on your email address given in your registration form.
To open a message, go to Inbox, and click the Subject of the message.
To act on the message, Click on the appropriate button to select one of the following options
Reply: Reply to the message.
Delete: Delete message.
Back: Return to the message list page.
Note: Close Envelop image to the left of a message denotes that it has not been read.

To open a message, go to Inbox, and click the Subject of the message.
To act on the message, Click on the appropriate button to select one of the following options:
Delete: Delete Message.
Back: Return to the message list page.

What is "My Company Profile"? |
|
|
Seller can list their Company Profile in Instrumentation India's Service Providers and/or Manufacturers & Dealers section. Buyer can see your Company Profile and inquire you.
In free listing you can add 5 Products and 3 Services.
Paid members of Instrumentation India can list products and services as per the Membership Grade.

How do I create My Company Profile? |
|
|
For creating your Company Profile click on Create Company Profile in My Company Profile Section.
This is a three step process
- Enter your Company Details
- Select Main Category
- Select Sub Category
Instrumentation India's paid members can select templates for their Company Profile. After review and approval by our editors, your Company Profile will be published online within 24 hours. You will be notified by email of your successful listing.

How do I edit My Company Profile? |
|
|
For editing your Company Profile click on Update Company Profile in My Company Profile Section and use the following three step Wizard
- Edit your Company Details
- Edit Main Category
- Edit Sub Category
Your edited Company Profile will be treated as new Company Profile. After review and approval by our editors, your Company Profile will be published online within 24 hours. You will be notified by email of your successful posting.

How many Categories can i choose? |
|
|
The number of categories you select depends upon your membership Grade. For details please review our Membership selection table.
However, Instrumentation India reserves the right to finalize the categories for your Product Catalogs, Company Profile and Trade Leads. This is because our categories are designed for the users. |

How do I delete My Company Profile? |
|
|
For security reasons, we do not permit members to delete their Company Profiles independently. If you wish to delete your Company Profile, please contact us.
|
|
What is "My Personal Profile"? |
|
|
Personal Profile is your Registration Information with Instrumentation India. This information will be published with your Trade Leads, Product Catalogs and Company Profile. |

How do I edit My Personal Profile? |
|
|
To edit your profile click on "Update My Profile" link in My Personal Profile Section and follow these steps.
Edit your information.
Submit when done.

How to change My Password? |
|
|
To change your Password click on "Change Password" link in My Personal Profile Section.
You will be asked your old Password and New Password.
Submit when done.
We will send you acknowledge mail to your email address regarding change of your password.

What is "My Trade Leads"? |
|
|
A Trade Lead is an online invitation to other traders to make you an offer or send you a quotation.
|
|
Create a Trade Lead. |
|
|
You can post your Trade Lead in Trade Lead section of Instrumentation India. To create new Trade Lead click on "Create New Trade Lead" link. Follow the three step wizard
- Enter Trade Lead Information
- Select Main Category
- Select Sub Category
Our editors will review your Trade Lead information, and so long as there is no problem it will be published on the site within 24 hours. You will be notified by email of your successful listing.

What is the function of Keywords? |
|
|
Appropriate keywords will help suitable customers to find your products more effectively through keyword search. So please take care to select relevant keywords when posting your trade lead.

Edit a Trade Lead. |
|
|
To Edit a Trade Lead click on the "Mange Trade Lead" link. Click on "Edit" link of the Trade Lead you want to edit and use the following three step Wizard
- Edit Trade Lead Information
- Edit Main Category
- Edit Sub Category
Your edited Trade Lead will be treated as New Trade Lead. Our editors will review your Trade Lead information, and so long as there is no problem it will be published on the site within 24 hours. You will be notified by email of your successful listing.

Publish/Unpublish Trade Leads. |
|
|
If you don't want to show your Trade Lead on Instrumentation India any more, you can unpublish/delete it from Instrumentation India at any time. However, unpublished postings will be saved in your My Business for your convenience if you decide to publish again. To Unpublish Trade Lead
- Click on "Mange Trade Lead" link. Your will be shown a list of your Trade Leads
- Uncheck the Publish/Unpublish checkbox of your Trade Lead
- Click on "Save" button when done.
If you want to publish again
- Click on “Manage Trade Lead” link.
- Check the Publish/Unpublish checkbox of your Trade Lead
- Click on "Save" button when done.

Delete a Trade Lead. |
|
|
If you don't want to show your Trade Lead on Instrumentation India any more, you can delete it from Instrumentation India at any time. To delete your Trade Lead from Instrumentation India
- click on "Mange Trade Lead" link.
- click on "Delete" link of the Trade Lead you want to delete.

What is "My Product Catalogs"? |
|
|
Product Catalog is an effective marketing and product promotion tool. Display and share your product information and photos with potential partners. In Manage Product Catalogs, you can showcase and manage your products in this section.

Create a Product Catalog? |
|
|
You can post your products in the Product Catalogs Section on Instrumentation India. To create a new Product Catalog click on the "Create New Product Catalog" link and use the following four step Wizard
- Enter Product Information
- Select Main Category
- Select Sub Category
- Select Template for your Product Catalog
